Dubai witnessed yesterday the last day of Dubai the City That Cares 2001 that launched before Ramadan on November 12, and hosted a wide range of events and activities. The campaign has become a yearly event organised in Ramadan by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. This year's campaign was crowded with interesting events and promotions as well as prizes grabbed by the crowds visiting and living in Dubal, Khaleej Times reported.
The events of Dubai The City That Cares attracted huge number of visitors seeking fun, pleasure and rewarding benefits, even more than it did in the past years. Abdul Rahman G. Al-Mutaiwee, Director General of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, said: "The Chamber is proud to add a new success to its previous chain of bright achievements in organising Dubai The City That Cares, and being an effective part in different festivals held in Dubai, to serve the society and the national economy".
