Dubai Chamber launches business advisory services
New initiative offers timely advice for setting up business, restructuring and exploration of new markets in crisis times
Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry has launched a business advisory service to assist its members in managing their businesses in these economically challenging times. This initiative offers timely and practical advice regarding setting up, expansion, organizational restructuring and actual exploration of new potential markets.
Dubai Chamber’s Business Development Department is now providing these business advisory services; covering the planning stage of start-up to feasibility analysis and exploring market opportunities within the UAE and abroad. It also assists members in their capacity building and improving accounting practices, maintaining balance sheets, cash flow statements, budgets and income statements.
In addition the Chamber will provide brand management, marketing and retailing information, and the advisors will assist interested businessmen in developing a plan to guide them in creating their fully fledged strategic plans and developing problem-solving techniques.
This new program offers Advisory Basic and Advisory Plus service options to members. The Advisory Basic provides preliminary informational material, business planning tools and general guidance, while the Advisory Plus programme assists firms in charting their own paths towards future success.
Dr. Belaid Rettab, Executive Director, Economic Research and Sustainable Business Development Sector, informed that this new advisory service comes as part of the overall Dubai Chamber strategy of promoting growth, sustainability and competitiveness in the business community.
It is worth mentioning that the Chamber also offers regular educational seminars, business decision-making and credit rating tools, as well as demand-driven advisory services according to its mission of supporting and protecting the interests of the business community in Dubai.
