DSF 2009 House of Talents begins at The Walk at JBR
Held under the patronage of Sheikha Hind bint Juma bin Juma Al Maktoum, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum
House of Talents, an exhibition for talented women in the UAE is currently underway at The Walk at JBR, with exhibits including handicrafts, architecture, fashion design, drawing, interior design, jewellery designing, information technology, photography, and perfumes attracting a wide range of audiences this DSF. The exhibition goes on till February 9.
The annual DSF display of creativity attracts talents from diverse backgrounds- from college students to working women and housewives – and is known for successfully empowering women to launch their own initiatives.
Suhaila Gobash, Events Manager at DSF Office said, “House of Talents opens up a world of talent in the UAE, and DSF is delighted to support this initiative as part of its larger social commitment. This exhibition is without a doubt, an opportunity for all participants to display their creativity to the largest possible audience, especially at a venue as unique as The Walk at JBR.”
