Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) is today announcing the start of its first nonstop flight from Kuwait International Airport to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Saturday, 8 November. Delta will operate four weekly services between Kuwait and the United States offering over 180 onward connecting opportunities via Delta’s Atlanta hub.

The new flight will also offer opportunities for freight forwarders and cargo shippers”.
The Middle East region is a key component of Delta’s international network plans. The Kuwait flight will strengthen Delta’s leadership position in the Middle East, complementing existing service from Dubai to Atlanta and service from Amman to New York JFK.
Passengers on Delta’s flights between Kuwait and Atlanta will travel on Boeing 777-200ER aircraft.
