Danny DeVito and his Cheers star wife Rhea Pearlman have hit out at Hollywood's obsession with youth and beauty insisting they are proof you don't have to be beautiful to succeed in Tinseltown.
The two tiny comic giants are characters in a real life rags to
riches saga.
The pair, who have been married for 30 years, have become multi-
millionaires after Rhea struck gold as wise-cracking Carla in
Cheers and DeVito made numerous films becoming one of Hollywood's
favorite funnymen. He now runs top production company Jersey Films.
DeVito says, "we came to this town knowing we weren't physically
perfect. But we have never let that stand in our way” – Wenn.
