A Dancing Baby Star is Born
Nearly 1 million votes for winner of Pampers dance competition
Two year old Mohammad Ali Sameer has danced his way past 200 hopeful champions to be crowned the best dancing baby in the GCC. Mohammad of Riyadh was the clear winner in the competition, garnering over 200,000 votes more than his nearest competitor. The winning video clip of Mohammad dancing received over 950,000 votes, earning his family the top prize of 15,000 Saudi Riyals.
The online competition part of the launch for the new Pampers Active Baby 3-Way Fit nappy, Pampers held an online baby dance competition. Parents were encouraged to submit hove video clips of their children twisting, turning and dancing their hearts out. After a two month voting period, the people have spoken and a winner has been chosen for the Pampers online baby dance competition.
“We are so proud of Mohammad, this was the last thing we expected to happen. He is always dancing in the house with his brother, only this time we decided to record it. After hearing of the competition, we thought it would be a great opportunity for our family and friends to see our boys on a big stage” said Ali Sameer Mansoor, Mohammads father.

They like to have freedom of movement and be able to express themselves freely. We were overwhelmed at the response to the competition, it turns out that there are quite a lot of young & talented performers out there.
