Cynoprod Canada launches the most advanced Dental Manufacturing Center in the Middle East from Jordan

Canada based international Company Cynoprod, in partnership with the Jordanian renowned investor Mr. Zaher Nashat Al Masri, announced today the launch of the most advanced dental manufacturing center in the world. The launch of the Dental Center, which is located in the Jordanian capital Amman, was announced during a gala dinner organized under the patronage of H.E. the Minister of Health Dr. Nayef Al Fayez and the attendance HE Mr. Taher Masri, the Senate President, and Dr. Barakat Jaabari President of the Jordan Dental Association, and Mr. Ibrahim Abu Rumman president of the Jordanian Dental Laboratories Association, in addition to a number of dentists & dental lab specialists in the Kingdom.
The investment cost of Cynoprod’s Jordan is estimated at USD 2 million in addition to a Research and Development investment of over USD 130 million. The center boasts the most advanced technology in the world, only to be surpassed by the Canada & France branches
CEO of Cynoprod Jordan, Mr. Fadi Riyashi, said in his speech during the gala dinner, “This sophisticated center will positively contribute to the advancement of the medicine & dentistry sector in the Kingdom. The center will also encourage medical tourism in Jordan and enhance the Kingdom’s eminent position as one of the medical hubs in the region”
Cynoprod’s Center utilizes the world’s latest dental manufacturing technologies, whereby state-of-the-art computerized systems ensure that all manufacturing stages are executed with the utmost precision to ensure efficiency, accuracy and the highest levels of quality. The manufacturing process goes through numerous stages; starting with scanning the prospect tooth area, followed by designing the tooth through a specialized computer program as per the measurements & shape of the tooth, the data is then sent to a machine that automatically manufactures the tooth. The whole process is thus completed automatically which ensures efficiency, quality and precision.
The computerized system used by Cynoprod Jordan was developed by two of the most prominent companies specialized companies in the world; “Eversia” who handled developing the software, and “Nomik” who developed the 3 Dimensional scanners. The machines included in the system are connected to the main computers and are responsible for meticulously lathing & shaping the tooth using Zircon, which enhance the solidity and beauty of the tooth, in addition to Chrome & Cobalt (Nigel free) to ensure it does not lose its original properties since it etches rather than melts the material the same way Zircon does.
