Over 17,000 people now benefiting from Aswaaq’s WAFA loyalty card
Aswaaq has revealed that one of the many secrets to its ongoing success in Dubai is rewarding customer loyalty. The company is currently rewarding its customers through a very dynamic loyalty program, ‘WAFA’ Loyalty program, for shopping in aswaaq’s supermarkets in Nad Al Hammar, Al Mizhar and Al Sufouh.
The Aswaaq WAFA card offers shoppers amazing instant discounts, special offers and a chance to save money. In addition, when customers spend one Dirham, they automatically receive one WAFA point, which is then redeemable at any Aswaaq supermarket.
“When we decided to launch the WAFA card, our goal was to use it as a way to thank our customers for choosing to shop at Aswaaq and to reward them with points for their spending at aswaaq that can be used to purchase items in our branches. We have been amazed at the comments and feedback from our customers, and we are proud to announce that to-date, we have over 17,000 active WAFA members who are using the card and benefiting from it,” said Ms. Rabia Al Mehairi, Assistant Marketing Manager.
“WAFA card holders can get double points when they shop during Happy Hours, every Monday at any aswaaq branch. In addition, they can also receive extra points if they use their WAFA card as a debit card and put money on it during promotion periods,” added Ms. Al Mehairi.
The WAFA card provides distinctive services such as money recharging of the card to use for customer purchasing needs, and to help customers who dislike using cash money in their daily shopping. Also, supportive family WAFA cards are offered with the original one and can be used to shop through points received on the main card.
In addition to having a retail presence in Nad Al Hammar, Al Mizhear and Al Sufouh, aswaaq will be opening additional community centers and supermarkets in Al Warqaa, Al Twar, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha as well as serving other communities in Dubai in the near future.
