Compelling Civil Suit Filed in Seattle Court Against the Boeing Company
The Boeing Company faces a disconcerting lawsuit filed against it in the United States District Court in Seattle, Washington, on July 13, 2009. Restitution is sought from the Boeing Company for harm and loss caused to the plaintiff as a result of the company’s role in a criminal conspiracy involving high level officials of the United States Government and the Boeing Company. The suit has been brought by a former Manager and Senior Instructor Pilot of the Boeing Company, Anthony P. Keyter.
The Complaint filed in US District Court case no. C09-962, declares that certain Boeing Company Managers and Directors played a key role in two abortive attempts to kidnap and murder the plaintiff in order to silence him as key witness to crimes committed by US Government and Boeing Company Officials, acting in collusion with one another. The Complaint further states that “Boeing was offered an attractive contract/compensation to facilitate this iniquitous conduct, and the Boeing Board acquiesced to the request”.
As is the nature of official misconduct, the senior government officials involved stifled the investigation, the prosecution, and public exposure of the kidnap and murder attempts. Nevertheless, the Boeing Company was aware of the lawlessness amongst its officers and was pressed to ensure that the offenders were reported to law enforcement and brought to justice.
Despite being fully informed of the serious offenses, 25 Corporate Officers and Directors of the Boeing Company failed to report the felonies as mandated by the statute 18USC4. Representing the leadership and the conscience of the Boeing Company, this group acted in unison to give their tacit approval to the criminal conduct and protected the perpetrators from prosecution. In so doing, the 25 Corporate Officers and Directors of the Boeing Company became accessories after the fact to the felonies committed by their colleagues. They also embroiled the Boeing Company in the wider criminal conspiracy, operating within the US government.
The conspiracy to kill, and thereby silence the plaintiff, and the role of the Boeing Company in the lawless endeavor, is described in a 2000-page ‘Dossier of Crimes’ which forms part of the court documents in the US District Court case. The dossier points to a broad criminal scheme existing within the United States Government, intent on preventing, by force, the faithful execution of the laws. Three criminal cases brought by the United States against the conspirators have summarily been dismissed by corrupt judges as measures to cover up the felonies. All efforts to bring the perpetrators to book have been suppressed by the high-level US government officials implicated.
Two other corporations are directly implicated in the extensive criminal plot, namely, the Ford Motor Company and Boeing’s business associate, Air India. Civil claims have also been filed against Ford and Air India in the US District Court in Seattle, under case nos. C09-879 and C09-825. In addition, all three companies (Boeing, Ford, and Air India), have corporate officers and directors who are defendants in a stalled criminal case in the United States Supreme Court. (Link to ‘criminal cases’ above).
The participation of the Boeing Company and the Ford Motor Company in the far-reaching criminal enterprise is likely to impact the stock price of the two companies - since the US District Court has an obligation, pursuant statute 18USC3041, to arrest the corporate officers and directors involved. Notwithstanding those circumstances, both companies have intractably failed their fiduciary and statutory duty under Item 401 of the Securities Exchange Commission Regulations S-K, to report their predicament to stock holders.
Despite an ongoing threat of retaliation against the plaintiff, the Civil Complaint served on the Boeing Company at its offices in Seattle, Washington, this week seeks restitution and amends from the Boeing Company for its key role in the series of criminal acts culminating in the two foiled kidnap and murder attempts upon the plaintiff.
