A blast from a bomb placed next to a park in a town in western Saudi Arabia Wednesday killed one child and wounded five others, police said.
The device, hidden in a garbage bin in a working class district of Bahra, went off as a group of children were playing in the park, police chief Saleh bin Ibrahim al-Aliyan said, quoted by the SPA news agency.
He did not give details of the bomb, but said that an investigation was underway - JEDDAH (AFP)
