Ramses Hilton has been chosen recently by the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs to hold their Gala dinner, where more than 150 members from different part of world attended this event.
Mr. Haitham Nassar, General Manager, welcomed the Chaine des Rotisseurs members and their guests to a cocktail reception at the Swimming pool Terrace
with its spectacular view of Nile River. This was followed by the dinner created by Executive Chef Dimitrios Koutsonikolas, who prepared a very refined seven course menu for this special occasion. The guests were enchanted by the view, the elegant decoration and were entertained throughout the evening by a live band playing classical music.
At the end of the dinner Mr. Yves Phares, Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailli of Cairo, thanked Mr. Haitham Nassar, Chef Dimitrios as well as all the Ramses Hilton team members for the lovely event and the extraordinary menu and service.
