ALBAWABA - A car caught fire in the parking lot of Afimall City in Moscow, causing a thick black smoke to rise into the sky, TASS reported, citing the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations
"The Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the city of Moscow received a message about a fire on Presnenskaya Embankment. A car is burning in the underground parking lot of an administrative building," the Emergencies Ministry revealed.
Emergency services also noted that the car fire was preceded by an explosion.
