Pop sensation Britney Spears is set to sink her teeth into a TV role on Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
Sarah Michelle Gellar, the star of the show and Britney's closest showbiz pal, persuaded her to appear in three episodes of the
series which pits teenagers against evil bloodsuckers.
Gellar says, "we're going to have a ball. Britney's dying to get
back into TV land."
Britney, 19, first appeared on TV at the age of eight on the
Mickey Mouse Club - WENN.
