British Prime Minister Tony Blair will travel to Moscow for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on November 21, a Kremlin spokesman told ITAR-Tass Friday.

Blair was due in Russia on November 6-7 but was forced to postpone his visit because of "diary pressures."

The two leaders will be holding talks on "key international issues and on bilateral relations," Russian presidential spokesman Sergei Prikhodko said.

A meeting between Blair and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov was also being planned, the news agency reported.

The Kremlin said it could not confirm the new traveling dates when contacted by AFP Friday.

The British prime minister met Putin on a visit to Russia in March, before the latter was formally elected president.

Putin returned the favor by making London one of his first foreign visits after he was voted into office -- MOSCOW (AFP)
