Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak accused the Palestinians of lacking good faith during the unsuccessful Camp David summit in messages to foreign leaders, Israeli public radio reported Wednesday.
The radio said the messages, which also said the Palestinians were uncooperative with regard to Jerusalem, were addressed to the heads of state of China, Japan, Russia, Turkey and European countries.
Barak voiced similar criticisms in a letter to US President Bill Clinton, the summit's host, after the talks collapsed last week.
Barak's office said it could not confirm or deny the radio report.
The radio also quoted senior officials as saying Israel was pleased with French attempts to discourage Palestinian President Yasser Arafat from going ahead with his threat to declare a Palestinian state on September 13th even if no agreement is reached with the Israelis.
