Bahrain Oil and Petrol Company (Bapco) has decided that all petrol to be available at service stations around the country will be completely unleaded, Gulf Daily News reported Saturday.

Bapco president and managing director Mohammed Saleh Shaikh Ali told the daily that "the company has successfully completed the phasing in of unleaded petrol".

Bapco’s decision came in fulfillment of the government directives and would help pave the way for a pollution-free environment in Bahrain, Shaikh added - Albawaba.com
