The King of Bahrain postponed plans to visit Spain this week, citing the death of Pope John Paul II, the Spanish Foreign Ministry said Sunday.
The visit by Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa had been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. No new date for the visit was given.
