AUD’s annual open days for admissions
More than 800 students visit the campus
The Admissions Office at the American University in Dubai (AUD) organized, for the fourth year in a row, its Annual Open Days for high school graduates from all over the UAE, on February 23rd and 25th. More than 800 students attended the AUD Open Days this year.
“The Ideal way to find out about a university is to see it and live it yourself”, with these words, the Admissions Office invited high school graduates from different schools in the UAE, in an effort to introduce AUD in a reputable manner.
“The Open Day is an opportunity for students, counselors and teachers to check the programs offered at the university and our admissions requirements while interacting with AUD’s faculty and students in various disciplines. Students were allowed to roam freely and experience life on campus. There’s nothing like making a first impression”, comments Ms. Carol Maalouf, Director of Admissions at AUD.
By organizing such events as the AUD Open Days, the Admissions Team is pursuant to the Mission of AUD, as they assist prospective students gain accessibility to opportunities in higher education.
