In line with its policy of enhancing customer convenience and offering them better services, Ajman Sewerage and UAE Exchange signed recently an agreement that will allow Ajman residents to settle their monthly sewerage fees at any of the UAE Exchange’s 84 branches throughout the UAE.

The signing of this corporate agreement took place on 2nd May 2010, in the presence of Mr. Olivier Crasson, General Manager of Ajman Sewerage Private Company Ltd (ASPCL) and Mr. Y. Sudhir Kumar Shetty, COO- Global Operations of UAE Exchange.

This new facility follows the successful drive by ASPCL to expand payment facilities and locations to Ajman residents, following its previous agreement with Ajman Bank. The network of UAE Exchange branches expands payment options to its Ajman City Centre, Rashed Bin Humeid Street, NK Mall, Industrial Area, Al Jurf and Manama locations in Ajman, in addition to its presence in the rest of the UAE, with extended hours welcoming customers on any day of the week.

Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Crasson reaffirmed ASPCL’s determination to continue to provide Ajman residents with the highest standards of customer service. “Our vision to provide excellence to Ajman will not just cover our systems and network, but will apply throughout the customer experience” he said, maintaining that “ASPCL will not stop in its quest to improve its services as a matter of public service policy.”

Mr. Sudhir Shetty added that the new association with ASPCL is yet another value-addition to the wide range of products and services offered by UAE Exchange, aimed to positively impact on customer convenience. He said that this arrangement would profoundly benefit Ajman residents, giving them the flexibility to pay utility bills all across UAE.

The new settlement facility has already come into effect, and residents have been invited to take advantage of it whenever their monthly fees are due.
