ALBAWABA- In a televised speech, Ismail Haniyeh, the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, commended the legendary resilience of the Palestinian people and their steadfast resistance against occupation.

 He highlighted the significance of the recent Al-Aqsa Flood battle, stressing its impact on shaking the structure of the occupying Israeli forces. 

Haniyeh acknowledged the heroics of the resistance and expressed gratitude for global solidarity, particularly praising the diplomatic efforts of the G7 group, led by Saudi Arabia, and the UN Secretary-General's recognition of the threat posed by the Gaza conflict to international peace and security.

The Hamas leader affirmed openness to discussions for a ceasefire and emphasized the importance of including all relevant factions in any political arrangements.

Haniyeh called on Arab and Islamic nations to support the Palestinian people, framing the ongoing Israeli aggression as a threat to regional security.

Despite the challenges, he expressed confidence in the eventual end of the aggression, underscoring the resilience of the Palestinian people and the role of the resistance.
