Aswaq Management & Services (AMS), the Abu Dhabi-based mixed-use property consultancy, sales and leasing company, today announced its plan during Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2009. The company’s main focus at the four day exhibition will be its leasing business, while it continues to focus on its sales business. And to make the most during the show the company will be launching the leasing of Park Rotana, the mixed-use project consisting of residential and commercial space in Abu Dhabi.
At the show, the company will also commence sales of the nearly completed and soon ready to move in residential project known as Danat Al Khan based in Sharjah. Moreover, AMS will also lead an ‘expression of interest’ survey for Carina Views, the luxurious residential 4 towers project in Najmat Abu Dhabi. This survey will probe investors’ interest in the freehold sales of the project – which is scheduled to launch later in the year by The National Real Estate Company from Kuwait.
In his comments on the high-profile participation and launch of leasing at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, H.E. Nasser Mohammed Al Nowais, Chairman of AMS, said: “During 2008, 59% of our total revenue was contributed by leasing & sales services. 27% of this retail leasing services and 32% from residential and commercial sales and leasing activities. In 2009 we forecast stronger growth in the leasing business and are determined on going full steam ahead by reinforcing our leasing services this Cityscape.”
Park Rotana is a mixed use project consisting of high end offices, state of art hotel and hotel apartments and luxurious residential buildings of exclusive 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
