Algeria’s Sitel Adapting to International Norms

The Algerian-Swedish joint company “Sitel”, based in Algeria has launched the process of adapting to international norms Iso 9002, which will enable this company to penetrate the world market, said Agence Algérienne d'Information (AAI). 

Sitel, the first company in Africa specialized in building digital phone centers of axe 10 type, was created in 1987 through the association of ENTC from Algeria and Ericson, said the news service – Albawaba.com
