Air Arabia, the first low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa, will hold its Founding General Assembly (FGA) at 7PM today (May 10, 2007) at the Sharjah Exposition Centre.

Please be advised that a press release will be distributed to media following the conclusion of the meeting. Kindly reserve space for this important announcement, which will be approximately 270 words long and accompanied by a photo.

If a quorum is not reached, the FGA will be reported to May 17, 2007.


About Air Arabia: Air Arabia was established in February 2003 by an Amiri decree issued by His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohamed Al Qassimi, Ruler of Sharjah and Member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates. The company began operations in October of the same year.
