The great Egyptian mega-star Adel Imam has arrived in Tunis in order to perform his hit play, Bodyguard in the country’s capital.
The play, which is scheduled to run from the 21st to the 23rd of September, will have an audience of more than 35,000.
Also co-starring Egyptian/Lebanese actress Raghda, the play is showing in Tunisia and Imam’s first trip to the country, coincides with the nation’s cultural ministry celebrations.
The Tunisian dailies stated that Imam arrives in Tunisia on Wednesday and will be accompanied by Raghda as well as 45 members of the play.
As for the director of the play, Adel’s son Rami, he arrived in Tunisia a week ago in order to prepare all that is necessary for the performance.
The play, which has achieved a great amount of success, not alien to the great star Imam, depicts the corruption, bribery and exploitation within Egyptian society – Albawaba.com.
