The 10th Regional Congress of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party (BASP) opened at Umayyad’ s Palace for Conferences on Monday morning with the motto “Renewable Vision…Thought to Contains All” .
Regional Secretary General of the BASP President Bashar al-Assad, members of the BASP’ s regional and national leaderships, members of the central leadership of the National Progressive Front , Premier and Speaker of the People’s Assembly were present at the opening.
according to SANA, Over 1231 original members and observers representing the branches of BASP of all Syrian governorates and units of armed forces, in addition to members of the central committee of BASP and heads of the popular organizations and vocational unions that were also present at the opening of the congress.
