Prominent Egyptian actress Elham Shaheen has revealed that she will take part in the television drama race for the Ramadan season of 2011 with two different dramas that are both considered to be huge projects. She stated that each drama differs from the other. The first drama is a historical one about the life of the Egyptian queen ‘Shajarit Al Dur’.
Elham revealed that it has been her long life to play such an important role as that of the great Egyptian queen and is hopeful it will be of the highest standards.
The second drama Elham will star in is titled “Ma’ali Al Wazeer” (Her Excellency the Minister) and in it she will be playing the role of a minister who is very daring and stands in the face of corruption and fights it. Her stance against corruption leads her to face numerous obstacles and problems with people who are threaten by her beliefs.
