Moroccan singer Samira Sa’eed has announced that she is currently working on her upcoming album, which she plans to release in the summer season of 2011. Samira is holding extensive work sessions with a number of poets and composers in order to choose the most suitable songs for the album.
According to the London based Elaph, Samira revealed that the previously talked about plans for a duet with Egyptian singer Shireen are still ongoing and the two are searching for a suitable song to present in the near future. The singer noted that there is no set date for the duet, but once a song is chosen they will proceed.
The last album released by Samira was in 2009 titled “Ayam Hayati” (The days of my life) under the production of the production company ‘Mazzika’.
