Kuwaiti journalist and actor Mishal Al Jasser has decided to permanently quit his career and vowed to never return to the entertainment world regardless of the consequences. Mishal said that his career has kept him from practicing his religion and kept him away from his family.
Despite the fact that the actor is very popular for his talent of acting and good looks and has a large number of fans who consider him to be the most suitable actor for romantic roles, Mishal said that he lost all temptations to continue his career.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Mishal stated that the main reason behind his decision is that he wants to free himself for worship and his job took up all his time. He added that he always felt his career took him away from being close to God and feels one who is smart tries to find his path early in his life before it is too late.
Mishal stated that he had completed filming three different television dramas before making his decision to resign and while he was filming the dramas he constantly thought about resigning. The dramas will be aired during the Ramadan season and he refrained from talking about them in details to avoid advertising for them indirectly.
The resigned actor sent out a message to all his fans saying that he doubts anyone would argue with his reasons to resign and if all the kings on earth tried to convince he will not go back on his decision.
