Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi was outraged and disappointed with recent rumors that were being published in tabloids about her intent to immigrate and reside in the United States of America for a period of six months every year.
Haifa stressed that such a move is impossible given that her husband is one of the important businessmen in Egypt and his work is concentrated in the Arab world therefore he could not possibly reside in the US for such a long time.
The singer added that her career as well would make such a move impossible since most of her preparations, recordings and production of her albums are done in the Arab world, in addition to the fact that most of her performances are in Egypt, Lebanon and across the Middle East and North Africa.
