Trading on the real estate sub index at the Kuwait Stock Exchange boomed by more than 60 percent Monday to 60 million units. Gains were broad based, Arab Times reported. More than 8.0 million shares were moved on counters such as Injazzat Real Estate and United Realty Co. Both stocks moved up 5 fils higher to close at KD 0.330 and KD 0.275 each.
