GCC construction companies urged to slash staff and procurement costs

GCC construction companies must have leaner operations and more flexible organizational models in order to adapt to a slowing economy.

The construction industry in the GCC region is undergoing a significant structural transformation, attributable in part to the business cycle. To succeed, major players must start adapting their strategies and operating models to the demands of the new environment, or risk losing out to others.
