Many film projects have stopped with the beginning of Ramadan because most actors and actress are extremely busy finishing final scenes of their television drama series for the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to the fact that continuing work during the holy month is not possible. Directors offered to continue filming after Iftar so the movies would be ready by the end of the holy month but actors preferred to give it more time so as to release the movies during the second Muslim holiday Eid Al-Adha, which is in two months time.

The first film to stop was Egyptian actress Yusra's movie [Kalam Fil Hob] (Love Talk) directed by Ali Idris. Yusra apologized to the producers and told them that she is currently busy with her Ramadan Drama [Liqa' Ala Al-Hawa'], and had found it very difficult to combine between the two works so she took the decision to stop working on the movie.

Yusra promised the producer that she will give all her time to the movie after the end of Eid al-fitr holiday so the movie can be ready to show on Eid Al-Adha holiday.

The film “Love Talk” had already been postponed numerous times in the past four years due to the fact that Yusra was too busy with other works. The story of “Love Talk” revolves around a waitress in a restaurant who goes through different situations and relationships with various kinds of men. The script is written by Zeinab Aziz and will be directed by Ali Idris. Yusra’s role in the film is one she has never played before, an experience the actress looks forward to.

Producer Amal Abu Shadi is doing preparations to start filming in Cairo and will then take the entire cast and fly to Morocco to continue filming there. The movie has been postponed many times because Yusra was busy filming her movie “Iskendiria New York” with Yousef Shahin, and Idris was busy directing “Arees Min Jiha Amnia” with Adel Imam.

Yusra nominated Egyptian actor Hisham Salim for the male leading role in the film “Kalam Fil Hub”, instead of prominent actor Ahmad Zaki, and mainly due to the latter’s health condition. Egyptian actors Sharif Muneer and Hanan Turk will also take part in the new movie.

Among the films that stopped was [Al-Fares] but this time the delay was because of disputes between the two stars Ahmad Al-Saqqa and his colleague Mustafa Sha'ban, but negotiations are taking place currently in an attempt to curb the situation. Another reason for the delay was Mustafa Sha'ban who had to have lessons in horseback riding to make him look like a professional in the movie. –Albawaba.com
