Along her artistic commitments to the cinema and TV, Egyptian star Yusra is gearing up for her new album. She has undergone preparations to begin work on her second upcoming album that will be produced by France's Universal Studios. Universal will undergo all shooting of video clips for the new album.
According to the UAE daily Al Bayan, Yusra will be singing in three different languages throughout the album.
Yusra is currently starring in the new series “A’yna Qalbi” (Where is my Heart) as single mother of two. The story is about an architect, Yusra, whose loyalty to her profession causes her many problems as she discovers mistakes in most of building foundations she is working in. Yusra will have to face many enemies and struggles to overcome all obstacles to ensure security for her children
Yusra’s previous song that combines the participation of a large number of kids as the script is about the suffering of the Palestinian child was screened at Cairo International Film Festival.
Yusra won the prize as best actress for her role in the film al A’sefah (Thunderstorm) directed by Khaled Yousef at the Egyptian Oscar Awards but she did not attend the ceremony because she was busy with the play Lamma Baba Yanam (When Dad Sleeps). –Albawaba.com
