Egyptian actress Yusra has wrapped up shooting the video for her song Khalli Al Nas Thebb (Let People Love), directed by Enas Al Degheidi and filmed by Mohsen Ahmed, according to the Egyptian daily Akhbar Al Yawm.
Yusra decided to collect six of her film soundtrack songs in an album and add to them three new ones, including Al Leila Hulleileh, Khalli Al Nas Thebb and Yadi Habibi, written by Walid Al Shaeri and composed by Hamid Al Shaeri.
The Radio and TV Selection Committee accredited Yusra last week to sing in the eastern as well as the western style, since she will sing Khalli Al Nas Thebb in Arabic, English and French.
“I started my art career with singing when I was discovered by the late poet Maamoun Al Shennawi, who introduced me to the broadcasting corporation. I was then selected for acting. I thought of the album after being impressed by the words of the song Khalli Al Nas Theb, in which I found an international call for the love that we lack,” Yusra told the daily - Albawaba.com
