After the previous verbal war that broke out between Egyptian folk singer Shabaan Abdul Rahim and Lebanese singer Diana Haddad when the latter accused him of being a monologist and that he is not fit to be a singer, a new one erupted but this time with Lebanese singer Alissa. Shabaan has been attacked once more verbally by Alissa who referred to him as a person who used to iron and only presents a low quality of music that should not be heard.
According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, Shabaan answered Alissa back by referring to her as a mere seductive singer who uses her body to gain popularity. Shabaan added that even if Alissa begged to sing with him, he would not give her the time of day because all she does is demeaning kissing and provocative scenes in her clip and he would not be honored to be seen with her.
Shabaan revealed that Alissa had gotten him involved in a dispute between her and another singer, who is said to be Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi. He stressed that he could not understand why Alissa got him in the middle of her problems or why she was verbally attacking him in public.
Alissa has denied circulating rumors that she is living a romantic love affair with a Prince from one of the Gulf countries and that the two plan on getting married in the very near future. The singer stressed that the rumor holds no truth and that she is not involved with anyone from the Gulf or even from her own country Lebanon.
Alissa revealed that she recently she has been attacked with so many rumors regarding her involvement with different men, but unfortunately not one was true. The singer added that she dreams of finding Mr. Right and establishing a family and happy life, but until this point the right person has not walked into her life.
The singer did reveal that she had recently underwent plastic surgery on her nose, stressing that many women go through plastic surgeries to look better. Alissa noted that she is not against such surgeries because a woman, especially one in the entertainment world, always strives to look better regardless of the means. –Albawaba.com
