Summaya Al Khasab postpones her debut into the music industry

For the first time throughout her acting career, Egyptian actress Summaya Al Khashab is taking part in two different works at the same time. The actress revealed that she had accepted two do both acting jobs at the same time due to the fact that the roles are so interesting and will add tremendously to her acting career.  

 

According to the London based daily Al Sharq Al Awsat, Summaya revealed that she is seriously thinking of going into the world of music to add a singing career to her acting profession. The actress stressed that due to her busy schedule at the moment she will postpone recording the remaining songs of the album until the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan to hopefully release the album by Eid Al Fitr holiday.  

 

Summaya announced that she has given her acceptance for a role in the new film, starring Egyptian actor Hani Ramzi, which is the first time the two costar alongside one another. Summaya recently returned from London after being on a vacation with her husband. The actress denied rumors that she had gotten a divorce and assured that she is happily married. 

 

Al Khashab has also agreed to take part in the upcoming new film “Gambari” (Shrimp), which is a comedy film, and has already begun reading its script. The new film will mark Summaya’s return to the big screen after taking time off to participate in the television drama series “Al Haqiqa Wal Sarab” (Reality and Illusion).  

 

The actress expressed that she was attracted to the story of the new film, which revolves around a young beautiful girl who works at a seafood restaurant and is exposed to harassment by male customers. The film falls in the comedy genre and humor is incorporated throughout its events, as the young girl discovers that the restaurant she is working in is only for male customers. –Albawaba.com
