The famous Syrian actress Solaf Fawakhrji started preparing for her new role as “Cleopatra” in a new drama series produced by the City of Communication Production Company.
The new series which is also called “Cleopatra” also stars her husband the director Wael Ramadan. He will direct the new project as well. The filming for the drama series is scheduled for the beginning of 2010.
Solaf will also play the role of the famous journalist “Rose Al Yousif” who is considered to be a great press symbol in the 20th century.
The series will be aired this upcoming Ramadan season.
