Sireen Abed Al Noor, the best star

The artist Sireen Abed Al Noor received the title of ‘best complete artist in the Arab World’ in 2008 during a celebration held by the newspaper “Egyptian Republic,” in honor of its 55th anniversary.


According to the London daily Elaph, the celebration also honored the magazine “Huryati” (My Freedom) for its 9th anniversary.


Sireen was chosen because of her success as a music artist and her high record sales.


Sireen opened the celebration by performing her songs “Laylah Min Al Layali” (A Night From Many Nights), “Albi Inta” (You Are My Heart) and “Kol Al Dunia Li” (You Mean The World For Me).


The famous Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram was also at the celebration to receive the award for ‘best Arab artist.’ She had also performed at the celebration and she looked very pregnant.


Sireen is also a successful actor.  She starred in “Ramadan Mabrouk Abu Al Almeen” and “Dukhan Bala Nar” (Smoke without Fire), and her third film “Al Musafer” (The Traveler) will be screened in the near future
Sireen recently released a new album “Layali Al Hob” (Love Nights), including 8 songs. She has filmed a video clip for the song “Omri Maak” (My Life with You) from the new album with the Lebanese director Randa Alam.

 

Production Company ‘Rotana’ held a huge dinner party for Sireen to celebrate the launching of her new album.
