Despite the fact that Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab has not shared any details surrounding her divorce from composer Mohammad Mustafa, rumors have begun to fly about the real reason these two called it quits.
Close members to Sherine said that since Mohammad recovered from his recent kidney cancer scare, his overall attitude has become more tense and stressed. Unfortunately, they say this attitude overflowed into his relationship with Sherine and he started treating her poorly even when she stood by Mohammad’s side when he experienced the health problems.
Sherine could not cope with such treatment and considered it an insult to herself and her deep ove towards him. So she asked for a divorce.
The divorce was a surprise to everyone, but so was their marriage itself. Five years ago the two got married on the same night Mohammad asked for her hand.
