Hot off the success of her latest music video, Iraqi singer Shatha Hassoun is wetting fans' appetities for more with the release of a new single before her second album hits the shelves.
The song - which was written by Turki Al Mashayqih and composed by Javer Al Kaser - will be filling the airwaves of the Arabian Gulf region in the near future.
The singer has barely had time to come down from the phenomonal success of her video for popular song 'Aladdin'. Before Shatha could even have had time to notice, the video hit the 100,000 views mark on YouTube. Since then it has been voted 'best music video' on a number of websites, and reached number five in satellite music channel, Rotana's, Top 40.
According to Middle East news portal Elaph, Shatha celebrated this success with a recent performance in London, and is now keeping some of her super-fans happy with two private performances in the UAE this week.
