The young Iraqi artist Shatha Hasoon just finished filming a music video clip for her new song “Low Alf Marah” (Even a Thousand Time) with the famous Lebanese musician Melhim Barakat. This is their first project together.

According to the London daily Elaph,   Melhim said that he considers Shatha’s voice to be one of the rare, good voices. This is the first time that Melhim composed a song for a non-Lebanese artist.

The song “low Alf Marah” is written by the Lebanese poet Nizar Francis and distributed by Michael Fadel.

Filming of the video clip took place in Tripoli and Amsheet in northern Lebanon. Filming lasted for two days under director Toni Qahwaji.

On the other hand, Shatha will appear with the Saudi singer Abadi Al Johar on the entertainment show “Taratata,” aired on Dubai channel.
