After a number of successes that the young Iraqi artist Shatha Hasoon has accomplished, Shatha appeared at two New Year’s celebrations held in Lebanon the first at the Oscar Palace and the second at the Moven Peck hotel.
According to the London daily Elaph, Shatha will be heading to Cairo by the end of January to receive the award of best Arab female artist which is a contest held by the “DGF 2008”. The award ceremony will be held at the Intercontinental Samaras Hotel in Cairo.
