Sharm El Sheikh Music Video Fest Prizes Awarded

At the concluding ceremony of the Sharm El Sheikh Music Video Festival, the Egyptian, Hani Shaker, won the prize for best singer for his song, Bahibbak Ana (I Love You). The prize for best female singer went to Angham for her song, Sidi Wisalak, while artist Samira Said claimed best Arab female singer for her song Youm Wara Youm (Day after Day). 

Tunisian Zein Al Adideen Al Haddad won the prize for best Arab singer for his song Sinin Al Donia (The Years Of Life), while Shireen Wagdi won the prize for best young female singer for her song, Law Bina Eih

The prize for best performance went to actress Yusra for her performance in, Hibb Khalli Al Nas Thibb (Love and Let Love). Dancer Fifi Abdo won the prize for best dancer for her song, Shahrazad

The Latin singer, Enrique Iglesias, won two prizes; best foreign singer and best foreign musical video for his song “Escape”, while the prize for best producer went to producer Mohsen Gaber for, Youm Wara Youm (Day After Day). 

Artist Hameed Al Sahe’ri won the prize for best lyrics the song Hibb Khalli Al Nas Thibb (Love and Let Love) while director Hadi al Bagouri won the prize for best director for his song Assalamu A’laikom (Peace Be Upon You), and director Suhail Abdou from the UAE won the lifetime award for best Arab director. — Albawaba.com
