Egyptian actress Sharihan is now undergoing a new form of extensive chemotherapy treatment which doctors believe her body is accepting improving her condition dramatically. It is expected that Sharihan will return to Cairo-Egypt after she completes her chemotherapy sessions in Paris, reported the London based Elaph.
Sharihan had undergone several operations last year to treat cancerous tumors. She had surprised everyone after her body accepted the treatment and she began communicating through writing, which is her only means at the moment. Sharihan had also surprised her family when she announced that she insists on doing Umra (Pilgrimage) to Saudi Arabia.
On October 14, doctors announced that the face of Sharihan would never return to normal, after an 18-hour surgery she underwent in Pitie Salpetriere hospital, in Paris. Her secretary Jamal Anwar assured then that the star's state is still stable, and that doctors are still prohibiting visits to Sharihan to avoid any unexpected side effects.
Born on December 6th 1965, Sharihan Ahmad Abdul Fatah Al Shalakani, a member of the well-known Khorshid family, showed interest in becoming a professional dancer and an actress at an early age. She studied both ballet and tap dancing besides keeping up with school at the age of 6, and had her movie debut in "Quita Ala Nar" (Quita On Fire). – Albawaba.com
