Egyptian actress Safiyya Al Omari will fly to the US next week to participate in the World Women’s Conference as a Good Will Ambassador for the United Nations, according to the UAE daily Al Bayan.
During the conference, Omari will deliver a speech about Israeli violations of Palestinian women’s rights.
The actress will also try to obtain permission to screen a number of scenes showing Israeli occupation soldiers torturing Palestinian women and killing their children – Albawaba.com
