Lebanese singer Rula Saed had Egyptian designer Bahij Hussein design a collection of clothing, including accessories, especially for her role in the film “Room 707.”

Once she received the new wardrobe, she never paid, according to Hussein.
According to the London daily Elaph, after Rula finished filming the movie she attempted to return most of the clothing that were in bad condition and decided to keep some articles to herself.

Hussein said that he was thrilled at first to have Rula wear his designs since she is a famous singer and she had promised to include his name in the movie credits.  Once she finished filming, Rula ignored all calls by Hussein and never strived to have his name included in the credits as the designer of the clothes she wore.

Hussein claims that his clothes and accessories were worth 20 thousand US dollars and his business manager had to interfere with the production company of the film to have his name added in the credits as the designer for the famous singer’s clothes.

Rula and her manager have not commented about the issue.
