The business manager of controversial singer Ruby, Egyptian producer/director Sharif Sabri, announced that songs recently posted on internet websites are neither sung by Ruby, nor are they part of her upcoming album.

“These songs were fabricated to make people believe they were actually sung by Ruby,” said Sabri.

According to the London based weekly, Laha, Sabri said that Ruby's upcoming album was recorded in a sensitive manner to purposefully avoid leakage before its release, scheduled for mid-June.

On a different note, Ruby has revealed that she is having a love affair, but refused to reveal her new lover’s identity.

Ruby said she is head over heals for him, and does not know where the relationship will lead her.  Although, she does not know if she is ready for marriage at this point in her life, especially since her main focus is her singing career and making sure it flourishes, she explained.

Ruby denied circulating rumors that she is at war with her younger sister Kooky, and that she is against her entering the entertainment world.

Ruby stressed that her sister is still attending the university, and presently her main goal is completing her postgraduate studies.

She is not jealous of her sister and never will be, asserted Ruby.

Rumors claim after a recent concert held by Ruby at the Concorde Hotel in Egypt, the singer appeared to be extremely angry, refusing to speak to anyone as she left the premises.

Despite the fact that her performance was a success, it was said that Ruby became upset with her sister for dancing in front of the audience in a seductive manner, and to the music of Lebanese singer Assi Hilani, and not her own, to make matters worse.
