Lebanese actress and former television broadcaster Razan Moughrabi has been nominated for a role in a new Egyptian film, after her acclaimed performance in “The Italian War,” alongside Egyptian actor Ahmad Al Sakka.
Razan declined to reveal any details regarding the film, stating she will make a public announcement in the near future.
Razan is enthusiastic about the different cinematic opportunities she enjoyed this year, declaring, “It is a big step forward in my career.”
Razan will also return to the small screen in a new program called “Shahrazan,” an adaptation of the classic tale “A Thousand and One Nights.”
The program features a number of guest stars, in addition to songs and colorful impersonations performed by Razan.
Razan has made a successful transition into the acting and singing worlds, although she stated, “Working as a television announcer is my first passion and has earned me a palace in people’s hearts.”
