Egyptian actor Kamal Abu Raya denied recent rumors that are circulating on a number of websites that claim he is going to marry Egyptian actress Nirmeen Al Fiqi. Kamal stressed that all that was written has no basis and is a complete fabrication.
He went on to explain that the new television drama he is filming alongside Nirmeen is the fodder for the baseless rumors because in the show they fall in love. The drama is entitled “Kan ya Makan” (One Upon a Time) and is scheduled to be aired during the coming Ramadan season.
The actor noted that he and Nirmeen have been friends for a very long time and he has the utmost respect for her and considers her a beautiful, talented actress. He insisted, however, that he has no intention of marrying her especially since he already has children that are of adolescence age and marriage itself is not something he is considering right now.
