Lebanese singer Rami Ayash plans on filming a music video for the popular duet he performed with Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi, “Balghi Kul Mawa'eedi" (I will Cancel all my Plans) during an episode of the program ‘Star Academy 3.’
Although Rami said he will request that Haifa choose outfits that are more conservative than her usual style for the video. He stated that he has an image to maintain across the Arab world and is praying that Haifa will not embarrass him.
According to the London based Elaph, the most recent joint performance was given by Lebanese singers Assi Hilani, Rami and Grace Deeb in Tunisia for an event sponsored electronics company LG.
At the concert, Rami was accused of stealing the spotlight from Grace and Assi. The crowd was most responsive to Rami’s performance, despite the fact that each singer sang in a unique style.
Rami announced that he has received 15 different offers to star in musical films, making him the ‘most wanted Lebanese singer’ by the movie industry.
Rami revealed that he may accept a role in one of the films if he feels strongly that it will bolster his career. The singer did not clarify whether the fifteen scripts were offered to him since the beginning of his career, or if they were offered recently.
